In the upcoming summer event “Summer Tides & Shifting Shadows,” players will be able to exchange for two costumes, one accessory, and one special emote in the event shop. Let’s take a look at the quality of these free rewards — they’re all pretty impressive!
Prisoner – Receptionist [Rare]
The star of this story is the Prisoner, working as a receptionist at a tropical island hotel. Though this is just a blue-tier skin, it gives off a neat and professional vibe. He wears a cute little red neckerchief, and has bandages wrapped around his neck and chest — still working hard while injured, poor guy!
Sculptor – Woodcarver [Rare]
This blue-tier costume is exactly as shown in the PV. She wears a simple, elegant sunhat and a blue-and-white long dress. Her wheelchair is also recolored to match the overall summer holiday theme. The gentle, quiet design contrasts sharply (and amusingly) with her brutal in-game animations!
Lucky Guy Accessory – Shell Collector [Limited – Epic]
Lucky Guy finally gets a new purple-tier accessory — and it’s loaded with special effects! Different animations trigger when wishing, opening chests, getting items, or using them. As a free reward, the quality is top-tier. The dynamic visuals of water splashes, seashells, and jellyfish look fantastic!
If the hunter happens to be the Soul Weaver, this little accessory is sure to swim right into the spotlight!
Photographer Emote – “Welcome In”
Joseph’s new emote features a sweet, elegant interaction with a chubby parrot, who's so round and cute it could easily earn 500 bonus points just for being adorable!
In addition to these, completing event tasks will reward you with various goodies — Home soundtrack vinyls, event name tags, avatars and frames, and two lovely chat emotes!
And don’t worry if you miss the event or forget to redeem your rewards — the summer blue-tier skins and purple accessories will return next year at the same time via the Spyglass Shop. Prices will be 100 Spyglasses for skins, and 240 Spyglasses for purple accessories.
