Blood Strike has aim assist built in on Android and iOS. You don't download or install anything. Open Settings → Basic → Aim Assist and pick Beginner (strongest pull), Expert (light pull) or None (off). On PC, mouse and keyboard get no aim assist.
Any "aim assist" APK, .exe, config file or GitHub tool is not aim assist. It is a cheat. Blood Strike bans accounts that use one for 10 years, on every platform.
What aim assist does in Blood Strike
Aim assist helps touch-screen players keep the crosshair on a target. When an enemy is close to your crosshair, the game pulls your aim a little towards them, so small finger movements are enough to track a strafing player. How strong the pull is depends on the option you choose, and the developers also tune it per weapon.
How to turn on aim assist (Android and iOS)
- In the lobby, tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Open the Basic tab.
- Find Aim Assist and choose Beginner, Expert or None.
- Try it in a casual match before you play ranked.
It works the same on Android phones, iPhone and iPad. Nothing needs to be downloaded. If someone offers an "aim assist download" for Android, it is a modified app or a cheat (see below).
Beginner vs Expert vs None

Which option should you use?
- Just started, or you miss a lot up close: Beginner.
- You can already follow a target with your thumb: Expert. It still helps on touch without pulling you off your own aim.
- You aim with the gyroscope, or you play long-range a lot: try None and compare in a casual match.

Does aim assist change by weapon?
Yes. The developers set an aim assist coefficient for each weapon and change it in balance updates. For example, the April 16, 2026 update raised mobile aim assist for the QBZ-95 and the M1887 shotgun ("Enhanced Aim Assist on Mobile"). The developers said both guns were strong on PC but harder to use on mobile. You can't set these values yourself. You only choose Beginner, Expert or None.
Aim assist on PC (mouse and controller)
- Mouse and keyboard: no aim assist. There is no setting to turn it on.
- Controller on PC: Blood Strike on Steam lists partial Xbox controller support. In June 2024 the developers added basic controller support on PC (button mapping, sensitivity and dead zones) and said aim assist for PC controllers was "coming soon". We have not found an official note confirming that it has launched. Connect your controller and check the controller section in Settings: if there is no Aim Assist option there, your version doesn't have it.
Tools that make a mouse look like a controller to get controller aim assist are against the rules in most shooters. Don't use them.
"Aim assist" APKs, .exe tools, configs and GitHub downloads
Search results for "Blood Strike aim assist" are full of downloads: APKs, "bloodstrike aim" .exe files, GitHub projects and "config high aim" files. None of these are aim assist. They are aimbots, modified game clients or edited game data. Blood Strike's official Anti-Cheating FAQ lists exactly these as cheating:
- modifying the game client with unauthorised third-party programs;
- using modified game clients from unofficial sources;
- extracting and modifying game data.
The penalty is a 10-year ban on the account across all platforms (Android, iOS and PC). Repeat offenders can have their device blacklisted. NetEase publishes ban reports twice a month. From October 1–15, 2026 it issued 38,809 ten-year bans, and about 60% came from player reports. Cheat downloads are also a common way to spread malware and steal accounts.
